FAQ

EMAILS RELATED TO ORDERING

We will communicate information about your order by email.
You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been received. In addition, we will send you an email when your order has shipped that will include the FedEx tracking number for your package.

CANCELLATIONS
Once an order is submitted you have until 8PM the same day of order to change or cancel the order.
If you have additional questions about your order, please contact Fulani Customer Service directly by phone at  201-887-1589 between 8am-8PM EST, or by email at info@fulanihb.com.

PAYMENT METHODS
Fulani accepts only PAY PAL  payment method, cash or money orders.

SALES TAX
Sales tax will be added to orders shipping to the state of Florida. Shipments to any other state will not include tax.

SHIPPING METHODS & COSTS

We currently offer one shipping method:

FedEx Standard Ground: $15.95
Delivery occurs in 5  business days after processing.

USPS International shipping from: $ 35.00

Delivery occurs in 7 to 10 business days after processing depending on country of destination

RETURN POLICIES

All merchandise can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of the delivery date.

Items returned past the timeframes outlined above may be returned in exchange for Fulani store credit only. The amount of the store credit will be the current selling price of the items returned.

Items marked FINAL SALE cannot be exchanged or returned at any time.

We will only accept returns for items that have not been, altered or washed. All tags must be attached.

Please note, we do not accept returns on sample sale merchandise or items purchased at Fulani Private sales. 
All sales are final.

Upon receipt of returned goods, Fulani  reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements.

Shipping and handling charges for returned merchandise are non-refundable unless we have made a shipping error.

SHIPPING ERRORS OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS
In the event that we processed an order incorrectly or you received a damaged or defective item, we will gladly replace or take back that item for a full refund at our expense. Fulani will provide a pre-paid FedEx shipping label to expedite the return. To receive your shipping label and arrange to replace your product, please contact Fulani Customer Service by phone at  201-887-1589 or by email at info@fulanihb.com.

EXCHANGES
We cannot automatically process exchanges at this time. To exchange an item, please return the item you do not want and place a new order at www.fulanihb.com. You may place your reorder at any time.
